We are part of the ESG unit at BDO, helping organizations reduce costs and risks-while increasing profitability-by embedding responsible business practices and integrating environmental and social considerations into their operations.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Strategic ESG Consultant with strong systems thinking, analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of sustainability-someone who can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-driven solutions for clients across industries.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Lead strategic processes related to climate risk and opportunity assessments
- Integrate ESG considerations into business and corporate strategy
- Support and deliver ESG reporting (including international standards)
- Perform carbon accounting and emissions analysis
- Respond to investor ESG assessments and questionnaires
- Work closely with leading organizations across multiple sectors
🎯 Requirement
- sBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Sustainability, Law, or related field
- sStrong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal, Hebrew & English
- )Ability to work both independently and as part of a tea
- mStrong task management and prioritization skill
- sProficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tool
