Lead global end to end procurement strategy and execution across all technology and indirect categories, serving as the accountable owner of the procurement stream for M&A activities—from due diligence through post merger integration—to deliver business value, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

What will your job look like?

• Own and lead global procurement activities across all categories including hardware, software, cloud, professional services, marketing, and indirect spend within a technology-driven environment.
• Define and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives, financial targets, compliance requirements, and long-term sourcing roadmaps.
• Act as a senior business partner to executive stakeholders, Legal, Finance, IT, HR, and business units, ensuring procurement is embedded early in strategic initiatives.
• Lead complex sourcing programs and large-scale projects, from demand definition through negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Drive M&A procurement activities, including:
• Commercial and contractual due diligence
• Spend and vendor baseline validation
• Risk and dependency assessments
• Vendor transition and post-merger integration into Amdocs procurement frameworks and policies
• Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, ensuring high performance, clear ownership, and continuous capability development.
• Establish and maintain robust supplier relationships, lead strategic negotiations, and ensure optimal total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management, including adherence to company policies, SOX, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance procurement efficiency and value delivery.
  
  

• 7+ years of proven experience in global procurement within a technology or enterprise-services organization.
• Hands-on expertise across all procurement categories, including technology (hardware, software, cloud), services, marketing, and indirect procurement.
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience, including team management and stakeholder influence at senior levels.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional, and multi-geo initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting M&A activities, from procurement due diligence through post-merger integration.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and supplier governance.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are an advantage).
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
