Regulus is seeking a technical Technical Project Manager to run multiple R&D projects executed by a shared multidisciplinary team. You’ll own day-to-day execution: turning program intent into executable plans, keeping schedules strict, and managing the friction that comes with real development

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent R&D projects across RF, software, mechanical FPGA, system engineering, and hardware disciplines.
• Build and maintain integrated execution plans that account for shared resources, infrastructure constraints, and test dependencies.
• Apply a pragmatic mix of Waterfall and Agile.
• Track milestones, risks, interfaces, and technical dependencies and surface issues early, not politely.
• Coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders and manager on priorities, capacity, and trade-offs.
• Run focused execution forums (stand-ups, technical reviews, design reviews, readiness checks).
• Support lab testing, field trials, and transition between development phases.
• Use execution metrics and data to monitor schedule health, resource load, and delivery risk.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management or project coordination experience in a technological/R&D environment.
• Experience working with both embedded software and hardware development teams- MUST
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar.
• Technical background or familiarity with RF / defense systems — advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technological or engineering-related field.
