🚀 Looking for a flexible part-time role for the next 6 months?

A great opportunity for students / recent graduates looking to gain experience within an engineering department.

🔹 50% position – 2.5 days per week (flexible scheduling coordinated with the company)

🔹 Temporary role for 6 months

The role sits under the engineering department, so there’s a preference for Engineering students-

It can also be a great fit for someone who recently completed military service and has ~6 months available before starting studies in September.

What will you be doing?

• Managing, tagging, organizing, and filing documents across different systems

• Handling various document types and transferring them between teams/systems when needed

• Learning to work with two core internal products, mainly understanding document workflows and management processes

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with operational/admin-focused work.

The company is looking for someone who can commit for the full 6 months, comes with a positive attitude, and is open to learning.
