We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow our firm’s online visibility, inbound lead generation, and digital presence from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (next to the train station). This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys creating content, running campaigns, improving funnels, and driving measurable business growth through hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across all digital channels
• Run and optimize lead generation campaigns
• Improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion performance
• Track KPIs including leads, bookings, and campaign results
• Support podcast outreach, media opportunities, and online visibility initiatives
• Contribute to marketing strategy and growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or lead generation
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience creating and posting content directly
• Experience with paid campaigns, email marketing, SEO/AEO, or conversion optimization 
• Understanding of social media platforms, engagement, and performance metrics
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with analytics, AI tools, CRM/CMS platforms, and marketing software

• Experience booking podcasts, interviews, or partnerships
