We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented IT Specialist to join our team and support the company’s day-to-day IT operations. This role focuses on corporate IT administration, employee onboarding/offboarding processes, and user access management across organizational systems.
Day to day:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create, maintain, and revoke user accounts and permissions
- Administer access management across company platforms and systems
- Support and maintain corporate IT infrastructure and end-user environments
- Work closely with HR and department managers to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Monitor and enforce organizational IT and information security policies
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams
- Assist in improving IT processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Corporate IT / IT Administration roles
- Experience with organizational information security practices (non-cyber focus)
- Strong understanding of user access management and permission structures
- Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud environments, and SaaS platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Advantage: experience with identity management tools and IT automation processes
