Marketing Designer

Orchid Security is the Identity Infrastructure Control Plane - helping enterprises see and control what actually happens inside their applications, across every identity system they own. We’re 70 people, seed stage, and building a brand that looks serious in a market full of noise.

We’re looking for a hands-on junior-to-mid designer based in Israel to join our marketing team and bring Orchid’s visual identity to life across every touchpoint.

The Role

You’ll be Orchid’s in-house marketing designer - the person who makes our brand show up consistently and powerfully across digital, print, events, and presentations. You work directly with the marketing team, move fast, and take real ownership of deliverables from brief to final file.

This is not a conceptual role. You’ll be producing real assets, on real deadlines, for a team that ships constantly.

Requirements

What You’ll Create

• Sales and marketing presentations - decks for conferences, customer meetings, and partner events
• Digital assets: social graphics, paid ad creatives, email headers, landing page visuals, website banners
• Event materials: booth graphics, signage, swag concepts, sponsorship assets
• Product marketing collateral: one-pagers, solution briefs, data sheets, battlecard layouts
• Brand and design system maintenance - ensure consistency across every asset
• Occasional motion graphics or simple animations for social and digital
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or a similar hands-on design role
• Strong portfolio showing marketing deliverables - presentations, digital assets, print collateral
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work from a brand system and extend it - not just follow templates, but know when and how to push them
• Fast and organized: you can manage multiple in-flight projects without dropping things
• B2B or tech/SaaS design experience is a strong plus - you understand that enterprise design has to earn attention
  
  

• Experience designing for cybersecurity or identity security companies
• Motion design or video editing capabilities (After Effects, Premiere, Lottie)
• Comfort working in English - most of our content and team is US-facing
