Senior System Integration Lead (HW/SW/Laser Systems) | DeepTech / DefenseTech

We are a fast-moving DefenseTech startup building complex multi-disciplinary systems combining hardware, Embedded software, optics/lasers, mechanics, and communications.

We are looking for a Senior system Integration Lead to own end-to-end system integration and early bring-up of complex systems in a highly hands-on lab environment.

This is a core engineering role, sitting at the center of HW/SW/physics - responsible for turning distributed components into a working system.

Requirements:

10+ hands-on experience in system integration or HW/SW integration

Deep understanding of hardware-software interfaces, preferable in complex and successful HW companies.

Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills in complex systems

Experience working in lab environments (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.)

Background in Embedded / Real-Time systems / High speed boards.

Ability to work across HW, SW, mechanical, and optical domains.

High ownership and ability to drive issues end-to-end

Advantage: experience with laser / electro-optical / RF systems
