Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Citrix System Expert for a large organization in Tel Aviv.

This role includes planning, implementing, maintaining, and providing advanced support for enterprise Citrix CVAD environments, including handling complex L3 issues, performance optimization, and automation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, maintain, and support enterprise Citrix CVAD environments

• Troubleshoot complex L3 infrastructure and virtualization issues

• Improve system performance and optimize Citrix environments

• Work closely with infrastructure and security systems

• Analyze logs and monitor system behavior

• Manage core Citrix components and services

• Work in Windows Server environments

• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in System / Infrastructure roles, including at least 3 years of managerial experience

• At least 3 years of experience working with Citrix CVAD / Virtual Apps & Desktops

• Experience implementing and maintaining Citrix components such as Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Workspace, VDA, Studio, and Director

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, VDI, and RDS environments

• Experience handling L3 incidents, log analysis, PowerShell scripting, and Citrix Cloud

• Experience with Netscaler / Citrix ADC — significant advantage
