Network & Communications Expert | Jerusalem

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Network & Communications Expert for an organization in Jerusalem.

This role includes full responsibility for enterprise communication networks and telephony systems, including network establishment, integration of workstations and computing devices, network optimization, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN communication infrastructures

• Lead the design, implementation, and architecture of complex communication solutions

• Integrate workstations and additional computing devices into organizational networks

• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot network performance and complex communication issues

• Define operational goals, work plans, and resource allocation strategies

• Serve as a professional authority and advisor in the field of networking and communications

• Work with multiple vendors, interfaces, and technical teams

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in network management

• At least 2 years of team management experience in the networking field

• 6+ years of experience in planning, managing, and maintaining complex communication networks and architectures

• Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN networks and communication lines such as IPVPN, Metro, and SD-WAN

• Hands-on experience configuring and managing advanced communication equipment including Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, F5, NAC, and Load Balancers

• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues and monitoring network performance
