Sports CMR Manager

We're looking for a Sports CMR Manager to join our team.About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, self-starting Sports CRM Manager to own our sports betting CRM and content site end-to-end. You'll sit within the Operations department, working alongside fellow CRM Managers and a Content Writer, and serve as the main link between our internal teams and external platform provider.

·        Sports calendar & strategy — Identify key events and build a rolling promotional calendar across major sports markets

·        Offers & bonuses — Design and configure promotions in Optimove and on the sports platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial viability

·        Player segmentation — Partner with our data analyst to define customers segments and run targeted retention and reactivation campaigns

·        Email & communications — Brief and deliver CRM templates in collaboration with the Content Writer, managing the full campaign calendar

·        Content site maintenance — Keep the sports content site current, aligned with live promotions, and on-brand

·        Reporting — Track KPIs (redemption, ROI, retention, LTV) and continuously optimizing campaign performance

·        Product ownership — Identify improvement opportunities across the sports product and drive their implementation by coordinating with our platform providers

·        Customer support coordination — Brief and align the customer support team on promotion mechanics, ensuring they can accurately communicate offers to customers

·        VIP & loyalty management — Identify high-value sports customers, manage VIP relationships, and develop loyalty initiatives to drive long-term retention

·        External coordination — Manage the day-to-day relationship with the platform provider and collaborate closely with other products’ CRM team

·        5+ years in a CRM role within the online sports betting world

·        Strong sports knowledge and passion — you know the calendar before anyone tells you

·        Hands-on experience with Optimove and Sport platforms – an advantage

·        Data-literate and commercially minded — you use numbers to make decisions

·        A true team player who also owns their work independently

·        Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
