We are looking for an Application Engineer – Communication Solutions (Product Team) for a company developing power supplies and communication systems.

Job Description

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join the Product Team, focusing on advanced communication solutions for aerospace, defense, and ruggedized systems.

This role is designed for engineers who want to grow into customer-facing technical experts. It combines hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and exposure to real-world system applications.

The position involves working with global customers and requires flexibility and collaboration across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of technical proposals (RFIs / RFPs / RFQs) and compliance matrices
• Write and maintain product datasheets and technical documentation
• Work closely with Sales and R&D teams to define customer solutions
• Participate in technical discussions with customers to understand requirements
• Provide technical support during pre-sale activities
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Configuration Management teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support global customers, including occasional work outside regular business hours

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, Switching, IP fundamentals)
• Strong problem-solving skills and fast learning ability
• High motivation to grow in a technical customer-facing role
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and as part of a team
