A leading defense company is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer for a hands-on engineering role involving end-to-end mechanical design and project leadership.
Responsibilities:- Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions
- Mechanical design, drawings, and production files using CAD tools
- Lead design projects according to development methodologies (SRR / PDR / CDR)
- Perform engineering calculations and support analyses
- Work according to engineering standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external interfaces
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – חובה
- At least 4 years of mechanical design experience
- Strong SolidWorks experience – חובה
- Basic knowledge of engineering calculation/analysis software
- High technical understanding and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Good communication skills
- Hebrew and English proficiency, including technical writing
- Security clearance requirement/eligibility for security clearance
