Ditto is an AI personal fitness trainer that sees you with a camera and interacts with you while you train. It helps you build a daily habit by making workouts quick, accessible and fun!
Our AI coach:
- Guides you through a workout that feels like a game and reacts to your performance
- Creates individual fitness plans that adapt to your level
- Offers encouragement, motivation and support during and between workouts
What you'll own
- CAC and the unit economics behind it. You understand how the business works at a level that lets you make non-trivial trade-offs between channels, audiences, and creative bets. You decide the channel mix, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
- Paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok - strategy, budget, creative testing, the full loop.
- Ad creative. Scripts that feel natural, messaging angles, finding the winners. You'll have a UGC budget and access to an editor or camera person if you need them.
- Organic social. Manage high-volume UGC creators and content for TikTok and Instagram.
We strongly believe Ditto will grow organically too - word of mouth, in-app sharing (10% of users already share their post-workout video!), and viral loops we're building into the product.
Who you are
- You've done this before at a consumer mobile app where growth execution was the moat. You know the playbook, the channels, the tricks. You'll tailor it to Ditto, but you're not learning the fundamentals from scratch. At minimum: 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, or UA at a consumer mobile app (gaming counts).
- Deep Meta Ads Manager experience. You've run campaigns end-to-end and understand campaign structure, attribution limits, creative testing, learning-phase dynamics, and how to debug performance when the dashboard lies.
- Strong taste for short-form social. You're already scrolling daily and have opinions about what works - and you can develop taste for our audience (we're starting with women 28-50), not just for what you'd buy yourself.
- Ideally, you can write a 30-second script, film it, and edit it yourself. If not, you have a clear plan for closing that loop with a very small team - anything bigger and the loop is too slow.
- Plugged in. Tools, formats, ad platforms - everything is changing fast and you stay ahead of it. The progress in the last 18 months excites you rather than worries you.
- High agency, hands-on, fast.

You're on the critical path, with the support to match and the expectation to perform at that level. Not a role for someone looking for a comfortable seat.
