Product Manager-Workforce AI Security

Check Point's AI Security group is looking for an excellent and driven Product Manager to join our Workforce AI Security team!

This position requires a combination of strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for defining and building integrations with multiple security products and platforms, ensuring our GenAI solutions provide comprehensive and scalable protection across diverse environments.

Major Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a central role in leading a strategic product area focused on GenAI and its secure adoption across enterprises. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer pain points, validate use cases, and define a product roadmap that addresses security threats emerging from GenAI tools and models.

As part of this role, you will:

• Be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding the business needs and GenAI ecosystem across various industries.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams across Check Point to define and deliver integrated AI-driven security use cases.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Work closely with R&D teams in multiple geographies to prioritize and implement features that align with roadmap goals.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and early validation efforts with customers and field teams.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with UX, PM peers, R&D, support, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and evolving threat landscapes to iterate and optimize the offering.

Desired Background

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager in cybersecurity, AI, networking, endpoint, or enterprise software domains.
• Solid knowledge of cyber threat landscape, especially in the context of emerging AI risks.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and architectures.
• Experience working on cross-product integrations and building solutions that scale across large product portfolios.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical background in enterprise-grade products and understanding of secure software development practices.
• Demonstrated experience working across R&D, Product, Sales, Support, and Executives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Independent, self-motivated, and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
