High-Speed Board Design Engineer

An innovative and fast-growing technology company is looking for an experienced High-Speed Board Design Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced Demanding environments electrical boards

Lead bring-up, debugging, integration and testing activities for new hardware designs

Support transfer to production and ongoing engineering activities

Work closely with FPGA, RF, embedded software and system engineering teams

Analyze and troubleshoot complex HW/SW integrated systems at both board and system level

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading university

At least 6 years of experience in board design and development

Strong experience with high-speed digital board design

Experience working with FPGA and CPU-based systems

Experience with high-speed interfaces of 25GHz and above

Strong understanding of clock distribution, signal integrity and power integrity considerations

Experience with component selection and schematic design

Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and related tools

Familiarity with OrCAD and Allegro

Experience with SI/PI analysis tools
