An innovative technology company operating in the automotive sector that develops advanced wireless charging systems for the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.

Operating from its headquarters in northern Israel, the technical team deploys and supports complex energy infrastructure setups for global vehicle manufacturers and commercial operators.

The company is located in the North District and operates on a fully on-site work model, with travel requirements for field deployment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Leading structural integration pipelines, combining embedded electronic assemblies into functional high-power subsystems.
• Designing and executing comprehensive lab and field test plans to validate system efficiency, safety boundaries, and thermal performance.
• Analyzing schematic designs, electrical wiring diagrams, and multi-layered circuit layouts to troubleshoot hardware faults.
• Collaborating with R&D engineering teams to convey field-performance data and drive iterative hardware and firmware optimizations.
• Interfacing directly with international engineering stakeholders to provide technical guide rails during overseas system implementations.

Requirements-

• Proven professional experience operating in a Systems Integration, Validation, or Technical Field Engineering role (Mandatory).
• Practical Associate Degree in Electronics with at least 2 years of hands-on industry experience (Mandatory).
• Solid technical proficiency in board-level system testing, component bring-up, and electrical sub-system integration (Mandatory).
• Strong capability to read, interpret, and analyze complex electrical schematics, engineering blueprints, and wiring diagrams (Mandatory).
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English to support global clients and cross-border teams (Mandatory).
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally several times per quarter to support global site installations (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience working with high-voltage systems or holding a valid certified electrician license is a highly significant advantage.
