Mobile Team Lead

Wanted: Mobile Team Lead (iOS & Android SDK) for an Ad Security & AdTech company in the Tel Aviv area. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will spearhead the development of cutting-edge, real-time mobile security SDKs that protect millions of end-users from malvertising and toxic digital content. This pivotal role offers the unique technical challenge of driving cross-platform engineering efforts across both iOS and Android internals to deliver high-performance, low-latency security solutions. By leading a talented team and managing key offshore resources, this leader will directly safeguard digital revenues and shape the brand safety standards of the mobile ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead, mentor, and technically guide an engineering team, including managing and influencing offshore development resources.

● Architect and implement highly optimized, multi-threaded mobile SDK components capable of real-time threat detection and ad-quality filtering.

● Ensure exceptional SDK stability, ultra-low latency, and seamless integration capabilities for high-traffic mobile publisher applications.

● Oversee end-to-end delivery, driving code quality through rigorous reviews, advanced debugging, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years of professional mobile development experience across both iOS and Android platforms, with a mandatory background in building mobile SDKs.

● 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role, with proven experience managing offshore engineering teams.

● Deep architectural familiarity with OS internals, multi-threaded environments, and memory management on both mobile operating systems.

● Strong coding skills with a sharp focus on performance optimization, stability, maintainability, and advanced system debugging.

● A strong sense of ownership, independence, and stellar communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
