Key Responsibilities-

• Building and optimizing underlying infrastructure to support the continuous deployment, testing, and tracking of production machine learning models.
• Writing clean, performance-tuned, and highly maintainable backend tooling and infrastructure logic in Python.
• Scaling distributed processing frameworks to facilitate rapid feature engineering over massive, multi-dimensional financial datasets.
• Implementing robust CI/CD, cluster orchestration, and cloud automation strategies to ensure zero-downtime model delivery.
• Communicating and conducting technical reviews fluently in English with cross-border technical units and US stakeholders.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience specializing in complex backend architectures or infrastructure (Mandatory).
• Proven industrial experience architecting and maintaining dedicated AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps frameworks, or data science platforms (Mandatory).
• High-level production-grade development proficiency utilizing Python (Mandatory).
• Hands-on engineering experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing automated workloads within public cloud environments (Mandatory).
• Excellent, fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken—with a demonstrated history of collaborating with international teams (Mandatory).
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related quantitative technical discipline (Mandatory).
