Development Project Manager | Central Israel | Financial Organization
Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Development Project Manager for a leading financial organization in Central Israel.
This role includes leading end-to-end technological projects — from initiation through go-live while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-organizational collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Manage technological projects from initiation to production deployment
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead steering committees and risk management processes
• Work with Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Collaborate with both business and technological stakeholders
• Lead matrix management processes with Development, Infrastructure, System Analysis, and QA teams
• Manage cross-organizational interfaces and project coordination
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing Information Systems projects in large organizations
• Experience working with both business and technological stakeholders
• Experience in matrix management with Development, Infrastructure, System Analysts, and QA teams
• Experience managing risks, budgets, timelines, and status meetings
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
