HR Integration Systems Analyst | Ra’anana | Global High-Tech Company
Mertens Malam Team is hiring an HR Integration Systems Analyst for a global high-tech company in Ra’anana.
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead HR integration processes between Oracle HCM, Workday, and third-party systems in a complex global environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR integration processes across Oracle HCM, Workday, and external systems
• Own integration requirements, mappings, business logic, and coordination between teams
• Work closely with System Integrators (SI) responsible for Workday development
• Manage delivery processes, dependencies, quality control, and integration timelines
• Lead integrations with systems and external vendors, including testing and validation processes
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and high-quality integration standards
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in global HR technology environments
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, IT Systems Analysis, or Integration Leadership roles
• Experience managing complex HR integration environments
• Deep understanding of HR data structures and end-to-end HR processes
• Ability to define integration logic, mappings, and requirements without Hands-on coding
• Familiarity with SQL, file formats, APIs, and integration concepts
• Experience working with System Integrators and third-party vendors
• Strong experience leading delivery processes including planning, tracking, prioritization, and issue management
• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken
