Senior Client Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager who knows how to lead relationships and keep complex projects moving without losing the bigger picture.

You’ll work with leading brands, large-scale budgets, and cross-functional teams across Media, Creative, Strategy, and Data in a fast-moving digital environment where strong communication matters just as much as strong thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with key clients and become a trusted strategic partner
• Own day-to-day client communication and ongoing marketing activities
• Build and manage marketing plans aligned with business goals and performance targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Media, Creative, Data, SEO, and Strategy
• Lead meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and campaign performance
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell potential, and new marketing initiatives
• Maintain high service standards while managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Client Management / Account Management within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or marketing environment
• Experience managing large-scale clients and budgets in the local market
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, and performance-driven environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of ownership, assertiveness, and ability to lead processes independently
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Experience working with AI tools and modern digital workflows- advantage
• Native-level Hebrew proficiency- mandatory
