SecOps Team Lead

We are looking for a Hands‑On SecOps Team Lead to provide technological leadership for an Information Security Operations team in a large-scale Enterprise environment.

This role focuses on the end‑to‑end operation of security systems – from deployment and configuration through ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and complex troubleshooting – while providing close professional guidance and mentorship to team members.

The Team Lead serves as the technical authority, responsible for the quality of implementation, system stability, and adherence to professional and security standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on technological leadership of a Security Operations (SecOps) team
• Full responsibility for installation, configuration, and implementation of security solutions
• Ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and version management
• Troubleshooting complex operational issues in Production environments
• Implementation of security best practices and system hardening
• Close collaboration with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and IT teams
• Technical coordination with cross‑functional teams
• Working with vendors, suppliers, and support teams
• Professional mentoring, technical guidance, and staff development
• Writing technical documentation and operational procedures

Work Environment

• A wide range of information security systems covering Endpoint, Identity, Network, Cloud, Email, Web, MDM, CDR, and Data Governance
• Large‑scale Enterprise environment with multiple systems, users, and technologies
• Ongoing operational responsibility with a strong focus on availability and stability

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating Information Security systems
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead
• Proven Hands‑On experience deploying and maintaining security solutions
• Deep knowledge in Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud security domains
• Experience working with vendors and security manufacturers
• Strong ability to technically lead, mentor, and guide a professional team
