We are looking for a motivated candidate with a passion for IT, Networking, and System administration, who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within a professional technological environment.

Shift-based position – Morning / Evening / Night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users
Troubleshoot ongoing IT, networking, operating systems, and end-user equipment issues
Monitor systems and identify real-time faults and incidents
Work closely with System teams and additional technical stakeholders
Document incidents and solutions within ticket management systems

Requirements:

Knowledge of IT, Networking, and System environments
Previous experience in Network Administration
Fast learner with strong motivation to grow in the field
High service orientation and ability to work under pressure
Responsible, organized, and team-oriented mindset
Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

*Relocation to the South is expected in October 2026*
