As a Robotics Software Developer, you will develop applications, operational tools, and integrations that support autonomous robotics systems operating in real-world healthcare environments.

This role combines software development with hands-on exposure to robotics systems in production. You will work closely with robotics and software engineers to improve operational workflows, monitor robot activity, troubleshoot issues, and help build the tools that power daily deployments.

• Research and develop software solutions for robotics operations, automation workflows, and internal tooling
• Build and improve operational dashboards, automation tools, and internal systems used in daily robot deployments
• Develop applications and integrations around robotics, IoT communication, telemetry, and cloud-connected systems
• Support and monitor autonomous delivery robot deployments during on-site operations
• Troubleshoot robot behavior, connectivity, and operational issues across software and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate with engineers to test, debug, and validate new capabilities in real production environments
• Analyze robot logs and telemetry data to improve reliability, operational efficiency, and deployment stability
• Participate in technical discussions and gain hands-on exposure to robotics systems, IoT infrastructure, and automation workflows

• Background in Android development, robotics, automation, or related technical fields
• Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin
• Interest in robotics systems, IoT communication, and operational tooling
• Familiarity with real-time systems and device communication is an advantage
