Role Description

We're looking for a dedicated full-time Video Editor to join our team on-site in Kiryat Bialik. You'll be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with client requirements and brand guidelines — from concept to final delivery.

This is not a traditional editing role. At Mainstream Media, our pipeline integrates the latest AI tools alongside classical editing craft, and we're looking for someone who is genuinely fluent in both worlds. You'll work on campaigns that reach millions of viewers, with real creative ownership and access to the best tools in the industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Editing video content for social campaigns, branded content, reels, and commercial deliverables
• Color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
• AI-driven content creation: image generation, video animation, voiceover, sound design, and upscaling
• Collaborating closely with account managers, creative leads, and producers to bring concepts to life
• Developing a distinct visual language for each client
• Owning quality, timelines, and output standards across multiple projects in parallel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience — portfolio/showreel required
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a strong advantage
• Skills in video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics design related to video content
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and content creation, including: Kling / Runway / Veo — image-to-video animation
• ElevenLabs — AI voiceover and sound design
• Gemini / Nano Banana / Midjourney — image generation
• Freepik / Topaz — upscaling and quality enhancement
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• A sharp sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling — you know what makes a viewer stop scrolling
• Ability to take a brief and translate it into a winning idea
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Native-level Hebrew, professional-level English
