Senior IT project Manager

This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational excellence and technological advancement of a global organization, bridging the gap between complex business needs and cutting-edge IT solutions.

The Role & Responsibilities-

• The IT & Business Systems Manager takes full end-to-end ownership of the organization’s IT landscape. This position combines strategic technology implementation with hands-on systems management to drive business efficiency:
• Strategic System Implementation: Leading large-scale IT projects from initial characterization and vendor selection to full deployment and organizational adoption.
• CRM & Marketing Automation Leadership: Serving as the primary expert for Salesforce and Pardot, overseeing advanced configurations, complex automations, integrations, and user management.
• ERP Ecosystem Management: Managing and optimizing the company’s ERP system within a mid-to-large scale organizational context to ensure seamless business operations.
• End-to-End IT Governance: Maintaining the integrity and ongoing support of all organizational IT systems, infrastructure, and user support services.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Driving data-informed decision-making through tools such as Qlik Sense (or similar BI platforms) to provide actionable insights.
• Vendor & Global Coordination: Managing relationships with external implementation partners and global vendors, ensuring alignment with international corporate standards.

Requirements-

• Professional Pedigree: At least 10 years of extensive experience in IT management and systems implementation – Mandatory.
• Salesforce & Pardot Expertise: Proven track record in managing and configuring Salesforce and Pardot at an advanced level – Mandatory.
• ERP Experience: Substantial experience in managing ERP systems within complex organizational environments – Mandatory.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end technological deployment projects – Mandatory.
• Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Communication Mastery: Fluency in English at a very high level (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with global stakeholders – Mandatory.
• Autonomy: A self-driven professional capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks independently.
• Global Context: Prior experience in a global or multi-site organization is a significant advantage.
