We are seeking a Junior/Mid Project Manager (PMO) to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, supporting PMO processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage small-to-medium cross-functional projects from planning to execution and delivery
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and drive project follow-ups
• Manage scope changes, including documentation, approvals, and impact analysis
• Monitor project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and action items
• Support PMO processes, governance, and documentation standards
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
• Coordinate between departments (R&D, marketing, sales, operations, etc.).
• Maintain accurate project data and updates within project management systems
• Support system adoption, workflows, and process standardization across teams
• Conduct post-project reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in project management / PMO / operations
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with project management tools (Gantt, product lifecycle, PM systems, ERP/PLM - advantage)
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
