The company is located in Herzliya (train-accessible) and operates on a highly flexible model offering full remote work, while maintaining collaborative office spaces for team members who prefer to work on-site a few days a week.

Key Responsibilities-

• Designing, writing, and optimizing high-performance backend pipelines and APIs using Python.
• Engineering intelligent AI-agent frameworks that ingest complex infrastructure logs, configurations, and cluster metrics to generate actionable solutions.
• Designing and maintaining scalable services tightly integrated with Kubernetes internals and cloud API layers.
• Collaborating with frontend engineers and DevOps leads to build seamless, developer-centric interfaces and integrations.
• Participating in architectural planning, code reviews, and mentoring parallel engineers within a flat, fast-moving development structure.

Requirements-

• 6 years of professional software engineering experience centered on complex backend architectures (Mandatory).
• 4 years of dedicated, recent hands-on development experience specializing in Python (Mandatory).
• Proven production-grade experience engineering and troubleshooting applications within Kubernetes (K8s) environments (Mandatory).
• Solid professional experience or direct development exposure building AI-driven capabilities, Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, or intelligent agentic systems (Mandatory).
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP), containerized microservices, or alternative languages like Go and Node.js is an advantage.
