Mobile Engineer

An established AutoTech company that develops an AI-powered smart safety platform for commercial fleet management and driver behavior optimization.

The company operates its core development center out of the Center District and offers a hybrid workspace with two days of remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities-

• Owning the lifecycle of mobile production applications from structural design and feature execution to app store deployment.
• Engineering highly optimized, low-latency mobile codebases capable of reliable performance in fluctuating network conditions.
• Constructing secure data ingestion modules that seamlessly bind mobile frontends with distributed cloud backend RESTful APIs.
• Designing and maintaining reusable component structures, emphasizing thread management, memory optimization, and background services.
• Researching and integrating native bridge layers to facilitate high-performance hardware or C++ logic communication on mobile nodes.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of professional mobile software engineering experience with a deep specialized focus on Android application development (Mandatory).
• Practical, hands-on production experience developing for iOS using Swift or Objective-C (Mandatory).
• Extensive expertise operating with the Android SDK, modern design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), and components such as Realm DB or Retrofit (Mandatory).
• Proven engineering track record integrating Google Play Services and location/telemetry libraries (Mandatory).
• Robust experience establishing integrations between native mobile applications and RESTful APIs / backend microservices (Mandatory).
