Hands-on Full-Stack Team Leader – SaaS Platform

An early-stage startup building a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform is looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Team Leader to lead the architecture and development of the system.

The platform is designed to unify fragmented clinical data and support smarter decision-making for healthcare providers in the long-term care space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of a cloud-native SaaS platform

• Build backend services in Go and infrastructure on AWS

• Own the full stack: React frontend, backend, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation

• Design scalable, secure, production-ready architecture

• Integrate with Priority ERP systems

• Lead hands-on development, code reviews, and engineering best practices

• Hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team

• Work closely with Product and leadership to shape the platform and user experience

Requirements:

• 9+ years building cloud-native SaaS systems

• Experience in a Team Lead / Technical Leadership role

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (including EKS), Go, and React

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Deep understanding of multi-tenant architecture, scalability, and security

• Proven ability to take products from design to production

• Startup experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with healthcare systems

• Experience integrating ERP platforms such as Priority
