CNC Technology Engineer

We are looking for

For our site in Bar-Lev We are seeking a CNC Technology Engineer to join Cyclone. This role focuses on advanced manufacturing technologies within the aerospace domain, providing end-to-end technological solutions across production processes

In this role you will

Full responsibility for the CNC engineering domain at Cyclone, with an emphasis on aerospace technologies

Design and planning of manufacturing processes for metal machining and composite materials

Development of technological processes, including tooling, fixtures, dedicated equipment, and measurement solutions

CNC programming, including preparation of CNC programs and support for measurement processes on CNC machines

Facilitation of New Product Introduction (NPI) – transferring products from development to production

Ongoing production support and backup, including troubleshooting and providing solutions throughout the product lifecycle

Preparation of cost estimations for new projects to support quotation processes

Act as a technical authority for approving production deviations and supporting engineering approval processes

Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with all departments within the organization

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – advantage

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing technology and machining processes

Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies in metal industries – mandatory

Experience with composite materials – advantage

Experience in metal production, machining, metrology, robotics, coatings, heat treatment, automation, and technical report writing – advantage

Full proficiency in computer systems and CAD/CAM software

Experience with CATIA – advantage

Experience in writing technical specifications

Hands-on experience with CNC machines – mandatory

Knowledge of Siemens 840D controller – mandatory

Ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills – mandatory
