Application Implementation Specialist — Medical Staff Scheduling System

MaKeshet Information Systems Ltd. | Beilinson Hospital (on-site) + Or Yehuda (office)

Ma-Keshet Information Systems develops hospital management software for leading Israeli medical centers,

including Sheba, Beilinson and Biet Loewenstein.

We are looking for a hands-on Application Implementation Specialist to take ownership

of our medical staff scheduling system at Beilinson Hospital

working directly with the nursing administration, department heads, and shift coordinators 

who use the system every day, and developing the features they need.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid implementer–developer role. You will split your week between two locations:

- A few time a week meetings at Beilinson Hospital (Petah Tikva) —

 Sitting with the end users, observing how schedules are actually built, gathering requirements,

troubleshooting issues on the spot, training new users,

and validating that what we deliver actually solves real problems on the ward.

- Most of the time at our Or Yehuda office — translating what you heard in the morning into working software:

 writing SQL, building screens, adjusting business logic, and shipping fixes and features back to the hospital.

You will be the point of contact between Beilinson and our development team,

and you will own the system's success at this client.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering Industrial Engineering & Management with Information Systems specialization,

 or advanced Information Systems courses.

- Strong SQL skills — writing queries, stored procedures, and understanding relational data models is a daily activity, not an occasional one.

- Proven ability to understand client needs — listening carefully, asking the right questions, separating what the user asks for from what the user actually needs, and pushing back constructively when necessary.

- At least 1 year Hands-on development experience — comfortable building and modifying application features end-to-end.

- Experience with AI agents is a strong advantage.

- Fluent Hebrew for daily work with hospital staff; working English for technical documentation and code.

- Healthcare or hospital IT background is an advantage but not required

— willingness to learn the clinical workflow is essential.
