Technical Project Manager, AI Automation

About the Role

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to support delivery across our active client portfolio — from new builds to ongoing engagements and SLA support. This is a hands-on role for a tech-savvy, fast-learning project manager who already lives in AI tools every day and uses them as a daily force multiplier.

A portion of the work also involves shaping client engagements on top of Metriko.ai — the retail AI platform we exclusively distribute in Israel. On these projects, you'll wear a light product hat: gathering requirements, defining feature flows, and producing product-level specs built on top of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple parallel projects end-to-end — scope, schedule, risk, budget, and quality — using AI to accelerate planning, reporting, and documentation
• Lead cross-organizational projects spanning the client's business, IT, and operations teams, alongside internal developers and external vendors
• Drive product specification — flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria — leveraging AI to draft, iterate, and pressure-test specs faster
• Work fluently with modern web stacks, APIs, and integrations with enterprise core systems (ERP, CRM).
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients across active projects and SLA accounts
• Translate business needs into clear specs for the dev team, and engineering realities back into business language
• Continuously raise the bar on how the PM function uses AI — building and maintaining internal workflows using low-code platforms and custom AI agents
• Own product-level work on Metriko.ai client engagements — translating business requirements into feature flows and product specs built on top of the platform

Requirements

• 2-3 years managing technical / software development projects, ideally agency or services-side
• Technologist at heart — quick learner who picks up new tools, systems, and domains fast
• Hands-on daily experience with AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor) and proven ability to build workflows in Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Experience writing product specifications and understanding of modern e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Magento).
• Familiarity with enterprise core systems (ERP, CRM, OMS) and how they integrate with web platforms
• Ability to read and reason about code logic — API's / Technical documentation.
• High-level English and Hebrew, written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Strong opinions on where agentic AI systems are heading and how they should reshape project management
• Prior experience in an agency or services environment with SLA-driven support
• Experience with modern PM tooling (ClickUp, Jira)
• Background in cross-organizational projects involving business, IT, and operations stakeholders
• Exposure to product management practices (feature scoping, user stories, product flows) — especially in a platform or SaaS context
