Join Check Point, a global leader in cybersecurity, and take ownership of the renewal process for the Austrian market.
As a Renewal Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage customer renewals end-to-end, ensure high retention rates, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate closely with customers, partners, distributors, and internal teams.
What you’ll do:
• Manage account reviews and renewal conversations with customers
• Identify customer risks and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Validate and manage the renewal pipeline in Salesforce
• Prepare renewal quotes and support accurate forecasting
• Meet bookings quota and retention targets
• Maintain strong knowledge of Check Point solutions and market positioning
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in Renewals / Sales
• Strong understanding of renewal processes and customer retention
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management
• Familiarity with Salesforce; Clari / Exceed – advantage
• Fluent German and English
• Cybersecurity experience – advantage
