About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Economist to join us. In this role, you will take a key part in shaping our financial resilience, managing liquidity and capital, monitoring market risks, and overseeing corporate insurance frameworks.

• Develop, validate, and monitor the company’s liquidity models and metrics. Draft policies, implement regulatory requirements, and drive economic analyses and efficiency initiatives.
• Align company policies and ongoing exposures with Bank of Israel regulations; actively participate in building the company's financial strategic plan.
• Manage the company’s insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, contractual alignment, and handling insurance events/claims.
• Analytical support and professional guidance regarding corporate fees, interest rates, and related financial metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel (financial modeling and data analysis).
• Prior experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial analysis – A strong advantage.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
