A senior leadership role combining deep technical expertise, team leadership, and business thinking - working with AI, LLM models, and Machine Learning in a complex enterprise environment (On-Prem + Cloud).

What will you do?

Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists / AI Engineers

Drive the development and implementation of LLM-based solutions and advanced AI systems

Own end-to-end ML & AI architecture and delivery

Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership to translate business needs into smart AI solutions

Lead GenAI, RAG, and Automation initiatives across the organization

Work with complex enterprise-scale data environments

Promote AI innovation, best practices, and advanced technology adoption

What are we looking for

Proven managerial experience leading Data Science / AI / ML teams

Strong hands-on experience with both classical ML and LLM technologies

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, Tokenization, and Embeddings

Experience with RAG-based solutions - a significant advantage

Experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments

Background in large-scale or financial organizations - a major advantage

Strong leadership, system-level thinking, and excellent communication skills
