Project Manger

Comblack is hiring a Technology Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors!

The role includes end-to-end module management, requirements gathering, detailed business analysis and writing user stories, as well as leading implementation processes across the organization’s branches. This position combines matrix management of cross-functional teams, HR systems analysis, and ongoing collaboration with users and senior stakeholders in a large and complex enterprise environment.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years of experience managing technology projects and information systems.
• Proven experience in systems analysis within the HR domain.
• Strong ability to lead and manage teams, with a broad integrative and system-level perspective.
• Experience in systems analysis and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors – a significant advantage.
