Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3pm–12am; Sundays as needed

INNOVA is looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. This in-office role blends hands-on field service with in-office troubleshooting support, making it a perfect fit for a well-rounded technician who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for the remote support of installation, maintenance, and repair of INNOVA HVAC systems for our customers in North America, with a particular focus on delivering white glove service to every client, every time.

• Ability to work during evening / USA hours
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components remotely over the phone
• Assist with documentation and support for our field technicians located in North America
• Operate diagnostic and repair tools proficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences during every service call
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with both team members and clients

• Deep mechanical knowledge, including inverter-type systems (e.g. mini splits)
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with a variety of HVAC tools
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• A commitment to professionalism and premium service delivery
