COMBLACK is hiring a Backend Developer (JAVA) !

This is an opportunity to join the organization’s Direct Channels Unit – working on digital platforms (Mobile & Web), websites, Contact Center systems, IVR, SMS, and in-branch kiosks. The role involves leading critical backend infrastructure, system architecture design, hands-on development, and implementing advanced technologies in a large-scale, complex environment.

What are we looking for?

6+ years of experience in Backend development – mandatory
Strong experience in JAVA development (Spring Boot / Microservices) – mandatory
Experience working with complex system infrastructure and architecture – mandatory
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure / platform engineering – mandatory
Familiarity with legacy systems (Java 8 / monoliths) – mandatory
Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift – mandatory
Experience developing REST APIs and working with Git – mandatory
Understanding of information security and secure coding practices – mandatory
Experience in Mobile / Web environments – a strong advantage
Experience with Cloud technologies (Docker / Cloud Functions) – advantage
Technical leadership / team guidance experience – advantage
Experience in AI / LLM domains (Agents, RAG, Vector DB, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling) – strong advantage
Independent working ability, system-wide thinking, and strong ownership mindset
