Senior Support Engineer

COMBLACK is hiring a Senior Support Engineer !

A deep, hands-on technological role within a core systems operations team, responsible for the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of a critical production system in a complex enterprise environment.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in scripting with Python and/or Shell for automation, integration, and maintenance

• Proven experience working with Linux (RedHat) in a production environment

• Experience working with Oracle databases and writing complex SQL queries

• Experience operating mission-critical systems and troubleshooting complex issues

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams
