We are seeking a senior Workday HCM Lead to drive the IT leadership for critical organizational foundations. In this pivotal role, you will own the technical and structural integrity of positions, job architecture, organizational structures, skills frameworks, and compensation foundations.
The Role
While our System Integrator (SI) leads the functional design sessions, you will lead the IT side. This includes overseeing integrations, structural data governance, and technical design to ensure a robust, scalable global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Leadership: Represent the IT perspective in SI-led design workshops focusing on org management, job architecture, and compensation foundations.
- Technical Governance: Own IT-side functional and technical decisions to ensure global alignment and scalability.
- Integration Management: Lead integration design and governance for all organizational and foundational data flows across downstream systems.
- Quality Assurance: Drive testing cycles, defect management, and maintain architecture consistency across all domains.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and SI teams on global design decisions and data standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in HR Tech / HRIS, with at least 5+ years of deep Workday experience (HCM foundations expertise is a must).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading Workday tracks in large-scale, major implementations.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation data dependencies.
- Global Mindset: Proven experience working within complex, multi-country global environments.
- Communication: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential.
