We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Business Division. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment—this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Supporting the preparation of price quotes

Coordinating and preparing materials for customer orders & invoices

Collaborating with internal teams across the company

Assisting in pricing and working with Excel, CRM, and ERP reports

Providing operational support to customers

Handling various administrative and operational tasks as needed

What are we looking for?

Experience in a dynamic administrative or back-office role – Must

Previous experience working with multiple interfaces – Must

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) – Must

Bachelor’s degree – Advantage
