Financial Planning Analyst

Unilever is Hiring!

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Excellence Team (FET) on a temporary

maternity leave replacement.

Role Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and support monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy, data completeness, and adherence to timelines

▪ Prepare the monthly management presentation, including financial results and in-depth business analyses

▪ Work closely with the Supply Chain team to support the monthly S&OP process presentation

▪ Prepare financial reports according to global methodologies and report to Unilever Israel and global teams

▪ Develop tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes

▪ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior management and global counterparts

Requirements:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration (required)

▪ At least 2 years of experience in FP&A / as an Economist (required)

▪ Experience in budget control, business partnering, and cross-functional collaboration

▪ Experience in a manufacturing company – an advantage

▪ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (required); SAP – an advantage

▪ Power BI knowledge – an advantage

▪ High level of English (spoken, written, and reading) (required)
