About the role

This is a unique, hands-on position combining Compliance and Operations, reporting directly to the COO.

You will be the sole compliance function in the company, deeply involved in all business processes — from product and technology to legal and partnerships. This role offers rare end-to-end exposure and real ownership.

What you’ll do

On the compliance side:

·        Own and manage the company’s compliance framework (ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / GDPR)

·        Work across teams to ensure controls are effective and practical

·        Support risk assessments, policies, and regulatory requirements

·        Conduct monitoring, gap analysis, and recommend improvements

·        Manage third-party due diligence (including KYC/AML)

·        Provide privacy guidance and support data protection practices

On the operations side:

·        Design and improve internal processes

·        Monitor and optimize operational workflows

·        Own agreements and operational activities

·        Partner with leadership to support scaling the company

What we’re looking for

·        Strong compliance background (fintech / tech – advantage)

·        Independent, hands-on, and proactive approach

·        Creative, versatile thinker who can navigate ambiguity

·        Familiarity with AI and curiosity to leverage it in day-to-day work

·        Technical understanding – an advantage

·        Experience in operations / process building – a big plus
