We are looking for an experienced and driven End-User Infrastructure Team Lead to join a leading medical organization in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-user infrastructure across the organization, including workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Oversee and operate MDM and Intune environments, including policy management, endpoint security (EDR), and patch management
• Manage and support advanced Windows 10/11 environments, including enterprise image deployment
• Own Tier 3 support activities, handling complex infrastructure issues and managing escalations
• Drive process improvements, enhance user experience, and implement new technologies
• Provide both professional and people management for the team
• Work closely with support centers and infrastructure teams on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree or graduate of a technological military unit – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in endpoint / system infrastructure – mandatory
• Proven experience in team management or leading significant professional initiatives – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments, SCCM and/or Intune – mandatory
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell) – mandatory
• Experience working with support centers – mandatory
