📍 Location: Bar-Lev, Israel (between Akko and Karmiel) 

Role Overview: We’re looking for a strong senior full-stack developer who can independently take ownership of features and technical challenges across multiple domains — backend services, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, and internal tooling. 

This role is ideal for someone who can quickly dive into unfamiliar areas, and is excited about building real-world systems that combine cloud services, IoT devices, AI pipelines, and user-facing applications. 

Your Mission: 

● Develop and maintain backend services and APIs powering Agwa’s platform. 

● Build and improve frontend applications and internal operational tools. 

● Design and maintain scalable, reliable systems using AWS services such as Lambda, IoT Core, SQS, Cognito, and API Gateway. 

● Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. 

● Debug and solve production issues across software, infrastructure, networking, and integrations. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic startup environment. 

Required Qualifications: 

● Ability to independently learn and solve problems in unfamiliar technical domains. 

● Strong product mindset with high ownership, attention to detail, and a habit of thoroughly testing features before release. 

● At least 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer. 

● Strong hands-on experience with backend development. 

● Experience building modern frontend applications (React / React Native or similar frameworks). 

● Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and AWS services. 

● Comfortable working across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and DevOps tasks as needed. 

● Strong communication skills and high ownership mentality. 

● Experience with IoT systems or edge devices - Advantage
