We’re looking for an experienced, impact-driven professional who is sharp, collaborative, passionate about privacy, and genuinely fun to work with – to help us set the gold standard for Doing Privacy Right.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a PTeamer you’ll play a key role in helping our clients design, build and manage their privacy and compliance programs:

✔️ Provide practical, business-friendly, product-savvy advice tailored to each client's needs, culture, and stage.

✔️ Turn complex global privacy and AI regulations into clear, actionable solutions.

✔️ Conduct deep regulatory and practical research across privacy, data protection, AI governance, product compliance, and related fields.

✔️ Draft, review and implement policies, procedures, playbooks and other privacy program materials.

✔️ Manage privacy inquiries, data subject requests, internal privacy processes, and client-facing privacy workstreams.

✔️ Review DPAs and privacy-related contractual provisions, and support strategic negotiations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.

✔️ Work closely with inspiring founders, executives, legal, security, product, HR, marketing and sales teams shaping Israel's and the world's tech scene.

🎯 Who Are We Looking For?

☑️ 3-6 years of proven experience in privacy and data protection is a MUST - as a legal counsel, DPO or compliance specialist (preferably in tech).

☑️ Strong understanding of privacy, data protection, the GDPR, Israeli PPL and equivalent frameworks, and startup dynamics.

☑️ Sharp, independent, reliable, enterprising, and fun to work with.

☑️ Excellent research skills, including the ability to independently analyze complex regulatory, technological, and business questions.

☑️ Comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar enhancers - while knowing when not to trust them.

☑️ Tech-savvy, with strong familiarity with the tech ecosystem (Israeli & global).

☑️ Excellent communicator in English & Hebrew (spoken & written).

☑️ Skilled in project & client management, balancing urgent needs, long-term goals, and multiple stakeholders.

☑️ Based in Israel and happy to work from home, while coming into the Tel Aviv office at least once a week.
