DevOps Engineer

A rapidly scaling and high-profile company leading the Data Security & Cloud Protection space. Their innovative AI-native platform empowers global organizations to understand, protect, and mitigate data risks across cloud and hybrid environments.

The company has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in investment in a very short period and is expanding fast, with thousands of employees globally (a large portion based in Israel).

Located in Tel Aviv (walking distance from a train station), they offer a flexible hybrid model with up to 2 days of work-from-home.

The Role-

• Join a high-impact DevOps team reporting directly to the DevOps Manager.
• Architect and maintain robust infrastructure for a product used by top-tier global organizations.
• Manage and scale complex environments across a Multi-Cloud landscape.
• Optimize deployment pipelines and ensure the reliability of high-traffic data security systems.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to implement cutting-edge automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions.

Tech Stack & Environment-

• Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, and GCP (Multi-Cloud).
• Orchestration & Tools: Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform.
• Data & Messaging: Kafka.
• Scripting & OS: Python, Linux.
• Architecture: AI-Native, High-Scale, Hybrid Environments.

Requirements -

• 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a production-grade environment.
• Deep proficiency in Linux administration and internals.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least one major Cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Significant experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in a production setting.
• Strong expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tool development.
• Experience with Kafka or large-scale data streaming is a significant advantage.
• A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
