Founding AI Developer

A Seed-stage startup developing an autonomous AI Agent platform for automated bug detection and resolution. Led by a CEO from a top-tier cybersecurity firm and a CTO with a successful past exi.

The company is building its core R&D team in Tel Aviv (near the train). They operate in a hybrid model with 2 days of work-from-home.

The Role:

• Founding Impact: Join as a core member with direct influence over the product's architecture and technological roadmap.
• Full Lifecycle: Take the AI system from Proof of Concept (PoC) to a production-ready MVP.
• Direct Reporting: Work closely with the CEO on strategic and technical execution.
• Core Responsibilities: Develop complex Backend systems in Python, integrate and fine-tune LLMs, and build autonomous agents within an AWS environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Python development experience – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (integration, development, or fine-tuning) – Mandatory.
• Proven Excellence: Strong academic credentials or a track record of success at high-end tech companies.
• Backend & Cloud: Experience building production-grade systems and working with AWS.
• Military Background: Alumni of elite technological units (8200, 81, etc.) – A major advantage.
• Mindset: Ready to join at the earliest stages and take end-to-end ownership.
